What should I wear for class?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely.
For shoes:
- clean indoor shoes
- dance shoes (if you have them)
- or comfortable sneakers
Most importantly: feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the class.
Do I need a dance partner?
No. You can join on your own — we rotate partners during the class.
How do I register for a course?
You can register:
- through our website
- by email
- by phone or WhatsApp
- or directly at the studio
We’re happy to help you find the class that suits you best.
How much do the courses cost and how can I pay?
Our prices depend on the type of subscription and the number of classes per week.
You can check our pricing page or contact us for guidance.
You can pay via IBAN, TWINT, or cash at the instructor.
Can I change my class or schedule?
Yes — we’ll gladly help you find another class that fits your availability.
What happens if I’m sick or miss a class?
If you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, you can usually make up your lesson in another class.
Otherwise, the lesson is considered completed.
In unexpected situations, we always try to support you as best as possible.
How can I cancel a booked class?
Class cancellations are made via email: info@kakadu.dance.
IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be charged.
Can I pause or freeze my subscription if I travel?
Yes. If you let us know in advance, we can help adjust your schedule and, in some cases, pause or freeze your subscription for a period of time.
For longer absences, please inform us via email: info@kakadu.dance.
We’ll help you resume your classes when you return.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by sending us an email at least 14 days before your next renewal date.
We’ll take care of the rest for you.
Can I transfer my class to someone else?
Classes are personal, but if your schedule changes, we’ll gladly help you find another suitable solution within our programs.
